Reverb10: One Word

I decided that to kick this blog off, I’d start by participating in Reverb 10 along with thousands of other bloggers. What a great way to close out 2010, right? If you don’t know what Reverb 10 is, click here to check it out for yourself.
Here’s the first one:

December 1 One Word.
Encapsulate the year 2010 in one word. Explain why you’re choosing that word. Now, imagine it’s one year from today, what would you like the word to be that captures 2011 for you?

I think for 2010 the word that best captures the spirit of 2010 is LOVE. I spent a majority of this year planning a wedding so that I could become an awesome wife to my even more awesome husband. And with all the wedding planning and festivities, I really felt the love and realized that there are so many people that I love and that I can count on.

My 2011 word is definitely LIFE.
I recently found out that we’re welcoming a little baby in July or August next year. Here’s to new life. But I also want to concentrate on creating a life for my husband and I and on creating the happiest life that I can possibly achieve. 2011 is definitely the year for that!
